C01. Creating a patient profile
Separate consent allows an internal patient profile and a digital space linked to a verified account to be created. This alone does not authorise uploading or analysing medical documents, developing hypotheses, sharing data with a doctor or using it for research.
Current prepared version in the repository: 1.4.1 dated 20 July 2026. The service environment determines the exact active version.
C02. Processing personal data
Covers registration, authentication, account profiles, security, service messages, enquiries and legally significant records. It does not automatically cover special categories of health data, advertising, public dissemination or research use.
Current prepared version in the repository: 1.4.1 dated 20 July 2026.
Agreement on electronic interaction and simple electronic signatures
Defines how legally significant electronic documents are created and signed, how one-time codes are verified, how signing is evidenced and how access credentials are protected. Accepting the agreement does not automatically provide consent for medical data processing.
Current prepared version in the repository: 1.3.1 dated 20 July 2026.
C03. Processing health information
Separate consent for special categories of personal data and medical features. It specifies the exact categories, purposes, operations, recipients, retention periods, safeguards and withdrawal procedure. C03 must not automatically include advertising, transfers to independent partners, research participation or model training for a new purpose.
Current prepared version in the repository: 1.0.1 dated 20 July 2026. Medical features are activated only after full, valid confirmation in an authorised environment.
Why there are several documents
- users can decide separately on each purpose;
- refusal of medical processing must not be obscured in general terms;
- a new purpose does not automatically inherit previous consent;
- withdrawal can be linked to a specific area of processing.
How to manage consent
An active account should show consent status, version, date and acceptance method, as well as the available withdrawal procedure. Until the relevant interface is launched, requests can be sent to info@bioshealth.su or made by phone at +7 (915) 336-55-12.
After withdrawal, processing stops within the relevant scope unless another lawful basis applies. Required documents, audit records and backups are handled according to established retention periods, so physical deletion may not be immediate.
