General terms for the BIOS website and services. Individual products may be governed by specific agreements.

1. About BIOS

BIOS is a health analysis and management information system that processes user-authorised data, develops informational AI hypotheses and supports interaction with medical professionals and organisations. Features depend on the development stage, region, consents and terms of the particular programme.

2. Not a medical service

The public website, AI explanations, hypotheses and informational materials do not constitute a diagnosis, medical opinion, prescription or emergency care. BIOS does not replace a doctor and must not be used to independently stop or change treatment.

If there is a threat to life or a sudden deterioration in your condition contact the emergency service for your region or the nearest healthcare facility. Do not wait for a BIOS response.

3. Accounts and age

Profile features are intended for legally capable adults acting on their own behalf unless a separate representation arrangement is expressly provided. Users must supply accurate information, protect access credentials and report suspected compromise.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access another person's account or data without authorisation;
  • circumvent restrictions, test vulnerabilities without permission or disrupt the service;
  • upload malicious code, unlawful materials or third-party data without a legal basis;
  • present BIOS results as a confirmed medical opinion;
  • use materials for discrimination, insurance or employment decisions without a lawful basis;
  • copy or resell the service in breach of the rights holder's rights.

5. User data and intellectual property

Users retain rights to the materials they provide and authorise processing only within the selected feature, agreement and consents. Rights to the software, design, brand identifiers, methodological materials and BIOS structure belong to the rights holder or the respective licensors.

6. Availability and changes

BIOS is being developed in stages. Individual features may be in closed beta, pilot or preparation, and may change, be restricted or discontinued for safety, legal, quality or operational reasons. A status shown on a marketing page does not guarantee access for a particular user.

7. Liability

The parties are liable within the limits of applicable law and specific agreements. Users acknowledge the limitations of incomplete and heterogeneous medical data. BIOS takes measures to support quality and safety but does not guarantee the absence of technical faults or promise a specific medical outcome.

8. Personal data

Processing follows the Personal Data page and separate consents. General consent on a contact form does not activate medical features.

9. Applicable law and contacts

The relationship is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. Claims may be sent to info@bioshealth.su or to SPR-CONSULTING LLC at 7 Andrey Tarkovsky Boulevard, Apt. 135, Vnukovo Municipal District, Moscow, Russia.

10. Changes to the terms

New versions are published on the website. For an existing agreement, the procedure for changes is determined by that agreement and the law. Continuing to browse the public website alone does not constitute acceptance of a material expansion of consent.
