How to send an invitation
Open the bonuses section and copy your personal link. Share it with someone who genuinely wants to learn about BIOS. Do not create an account for someone else or enter their contact or medical information on their behalf.
The link connects a registration to your invitation. If the recipient starts registering another way, the system may not be able to attribute it retrospectively.
When a bonus is credited
Sending or opening a link does not mean the conditions have been met. Your account may show stages such as invitation created, registration started, programme condition confirmed and bonus credited. The exact timing depends on the current rules and plan.
If the status has not changed, first check that the correct link was used and the conditions were met. Do not send support the invited person's password, medical data or account contents.
How a bonus is used
An awarded bonus is applied to the next eligible payment within the programme rules. It is not a deposit, electronic money or a guaranteed cash payment. Its expiry, limits and compatibility with other offers must be visible before use.
The transaction history shows which event earned a credit and where it was used. If a transaction is cancelled or found to be incorrect, the adjustment must also appear in the history.
Responsible invitations
Describe the service's actual capabilities and do not promise a medical result. Each person decides independently whether to register after reviewing the terms and data processing policy. Bulk messaging without recipients' consent is not acceptable.
