Check recognised data and use BIOS AI to find your way around, but make medical decisions with your doctor.
Where to start if you have a lot of data
You do not need to transfer your entire medical history into BIOS in one evening. Start with what matters to your current task: a recent appointment, new symptom, measurement you are monitoring or preparation for a consultation. Check your name, date of birth and contact details, then describe your goal in your own words. A useful goal is specific: gathering documents before an appointment, tracking a measurement or preparing questions for a doctor.
Then add brief details of chronic conditions, allergies, regular medication and important events where relevant. Do not try to interpret diagnoses yourself or alter wording from documents: retain the original source and add your own observation separately.
Which documents to upload first
Start with three to five documents related to your current goal: recent tests, a specialist's report, a discharge summary or a prescription. The date, organisation or laboratory, and units should be visible. Recognition is less reliable if a file is illegible, cropped or contains unrelated pages in no clear order.
After processing, open the result and check the key facts. BIOS keeps the source document separate from structured records, so you can still check the original. If you notice an error, use the correction function rather than replacing the source file with an edited copy.
A useful routine for your first week
In the first few days, review Health Memory once, add relevant observations and ask BIOS AI a few questions about your data: what has been included, which dates or documents are missing, and what to prepare for a visit. This builds a usable record rather than an endless file archive.
Return to your account after a new test, prescription or noticeable change in how you feel. The system becomes more useful through a consistent sequence, not simply more entries: a fact, its date, its source, a later change and a doctor's professional assessment.
What BIOS does, and what remains for you and your doctor
BIOS helps collect, connect and explain available data, but does not replace diagnosis, an in-person examination or emergency care. Treat an AI answer as guidance through the available context. If your condition worsens or you experience unusual or acute symptoms, seek medical care rather than waiting for a response from the service.
